What do I need to provide?

Share photos, measurements or an existing floor plan if available, inspiration, and your project goals and budget. Send what you have, and we will explain any missing information.

What changes are included?

The standard design package includes a one-hour review and one revision round. A new layout or a substantially different direction may require additional scope and fees.

Are furniture and decor included?

Furniture sourcing, decor, rugs, drapery, and other soft goods are excluded unless added to your proposal.

Can my builder use these drawings?

Dimensioned drawings support planning and coordination. The appropriate trade must verify dimensions on site and prepare required shop or fabrication drawings.

Are design fees refundable?

Design fees become non-refundable once design work has started.
